The data
in the image above was downloaded via the Census 2000 Web site. The region
above shows block groups of Worcester County, Massachusetts. The projection
has been defined as NAD83, UTM Zone 19N for the data frame. The ArcToolbox
was also used previously to permanently re-project the 'citybnd' data layer
from geographic coordinates to State Plane coordinates.
